For the year-long project which is part two of his multi-part photographic series IMAGE INFLATION, Schönherr created monthly scores with a binary numerical system as notation for the layout of television images (1) and white frames (0) on the contact sheets. Each row stands for a day of the month, with the 35 binary numbers in the row indicating the order of the alternating television images and empty frames on the contact sheet.
